Sanders US Tax Services is built to provide smart, flexible, and client-focused U.S. tax preparation services.

We offer a full range of tax services for anyone dealing with the U.S. tax system, including preparation of Federal and State income tax returns, FBAR filing, gift and estate tax, and FATCA related questions. We believe in transparancy: we have published our rates on our website and for most projects we work with a fixed flat fee.

From requesting your documents to preparing your US tax return:

Please fill out the contact form on our website and one of our US tax advisors will contact you shortly to answer your questions.

Send us
your documents

Please use our client portal to send us your documents. Your US tax advisor will send you an overview of the documents we need to prepare your US tax return.

We prepare your
US tax return

As soon as we have received your documents, we will start preparing your US tax return. If anything is unclear, we will contact you either by email or telephone.

Completion, installation
and payment

As soon as the tax return has been prepared, we will send it to you for a final review. Payment for our services is only due once your tax return has been finalised.
